Each garment rented has a rental period of 3 days only, and shall be returned on the 3rd day unless specified otherwise. Return services are available from 9 am to 6 pm.

A daily penalty charge of P250.00 per day will be charged for each rental item that was returned past its return date.

Reservation and Rental Fees

A refundable security deposit of PHP 500.00 for regular gowns and PHP 1,000 for premium gowns is required at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the item in its original condition, covering potential damage costs.

The full rental payment is to be settled prior to pick-up. If a reservation is cancelled or rescheduled on the pick-up day, the security deposit will be forfeited as the slot could have been allocated to other clients.

Damage Policy

Damages include but are not limited to stains and tears. Any damages found upon return of the garment will result in appropriate fees deducted from the security deposit.

Lost or Stolen Items Policy

If a garment is lost or stolen while in the customer's possession, the customer will be liable for the full replacement cost of the item. The replacement cost is PHP 5,000 for regular garments and PHP 7,000 for Premium Gowns.

Cancellation Policy

Strictly no refunds will be issued. Any changes to the booking date must be advised at least 24 hours prior to the original start date. If the item has already been shipped, no refund of the rental fee can be made. Only the security deposit will be returned.

Payment Methods

We accept Gcash, Paymaya and Unionbank for payments. Please provide proof of payment and a valid ID photograph for verification purposes.

Alteration Policy

Strictly no alterations are allowed to any rental gown. Any alterations made will be considered damage and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Late Return Notification

Should there be any delay in returning the rental item, we kindly ask our customers to inform us as soon as possible.

It is important to review this Rental policy prior to renting a gown.
